in this feature for the In Touch programme on BBC Radio 4, Tom Walker looks at an initiative to make science more accessible for visually impaired people. The piece starts off at the Daresbury Laboratory in Warrington with scientists using tactile and auditory adaptations to the Hadron Collider to demonstrate various scientific phenomena to two blind people.
